Singing in the Rain

August 12, 2014, Tuesday Day 62

Morning temperature is 64 degrees and sprinkling.

Today I thought I would take a long walk into the country side to see if I could find the fishing lake.  The day was mostly overcast and it kept it pretty cool.  I started out up the hill and walked past the Smoke Jumpers Base Camp and past the future McCall River Front Park.  As I climbed the hill that leads to the entrance of the River Ridge sub division; one of the many great ideas in McCall that just don't quite make it, only three houses and a Club House and 5 lakes, the dark clouds were beginning to form on the horizon.  I decided that it would be better for me to turn around and head back to the park before I got rained off the road.

As I returned to the RV it was beginning to rain fairly hard and after I got settled it really came down.

That evening, after it cleared off we had our traditional HH and dead chicken on the grill.
