Temperature was 69 degrees this morning.
I got a call from Al this morning and he asked me if I had done my morning walk. I hadn't so he invited me to walk to his house and then hit some tennis balls at the court in his neighborhood. It was about a 40 minute walk and we hit balls for about another 40 minutes, so it was a good work out. During the session Al gave me some tips. Al did well, we didn't hit hard, because I couldn't and Al didn't want to; hit his back hands one handed so he would not disturb his implant. After hitting balls, Al drove me back to the park.
Sharon was invited to a luncheon, at the Shore Lodge, by Nancy, to thank all of those ladies that gave her support when Al went down on the court. There were about 7 ladies there. In addition to Nancy thanking everyone for their support, the talk turned to the rumor that there was going to be a Coke heiress wedding at the Shore Lodge this weekend and that it was Sold Out and that multiple jets were going to fly into McCall with the wedding guests. And on and on and on. Nothing has been confirmed by me yet.
That evening we played golf at Tamarack in the weekly scramble. Rumors were also around Tamarack that Warren Buffett, a substantial shareholder of Coke stock, had a tee time there this afternoon, but elected to go fishing instead. I played with Steve, James and Ben. Ben is the superintendent of Tamarack and a very good friend of Al's, Hockey, Softball, Skiing and maybe more. We had a good round that turned into a great round of 3 under. We were the winners of the scramble and I had closest to the pin on #8. Big money.
After golf, back in the park, Sharon and I had Happy Hour and burgers on the grill, yes a Green Chile Cheese Burger.
