Today was our trip to Boise/Meridian, we did not make it Boise so we didn't get to see the Blue Field again. After we left the park we stopped for breakfast at Grand Ma's in Cascade. They are doing some road construction on Main Street and people have been complaining about how long they are held up with the one lane road, for us after breakfast it was only a three minute wait.
Made it to Meridian around noon to visit my cousin Joanne James and her Husband Otis. Joanne is the oldest of my Dad's sister Margaret's three children. Joanne is 80, hope she doesn't mind me telling her age, which makes her about 10 years older than me. They have a very nice home, in a sub division out in the country. We have a great visit and nice lunch and we got to meet her two great grandsons, who she was looking after during the day. Her husband Otis has a lot of interests centered around his shop and collections of cars, guns and other stuff.
After our visit we had to make our stops at Walmart and Costco to fill the shopping lists from our RV friends. We also stopped at the state run Liquor Store, to replenish our supplies of Grey Goose and Irish Whisky.
On the way back our stop in the Cascade road construction was a little longer but not a big problem.
We got back around 7PM, delivered our purchases and then went to Dinner at Toll Station, cold beer and a small Pizza, hit the spot.Back at the RV is was desert, a little Olympics and hit the hay.
