August 12, 2012, Day 58
You know the drill by now, if it's Sunday then it's breakfast at The Pancake House. Today was without Franz as he was on a motorcycle trip to Missoula, Mt, one day up and one day back, 500 plus miles and one tired puppy when he returned. Big breakfasts were the order of the day except for Sharon, scrambled eggs and an English muffin.
Golf in the evening at the $10 weekend, after 5 rate, was good as Sharon came along to help me with my game and give me some words of encouragement.
Back at the park I had a green chili cheese burger, a cold beer and a little wine with the meal.
That was all topped of with a Chocolate Brownie Sundae and it was Um, Um, good.
NBC pissed me off tonight. In the middle of their Olympic coverage they chose to show a pilot of an upcoming season show, something, and then one hour later they were going to continue with the end of their Olympic coverage. That was self promotion at its best, but I guess that's what they are there for, but it still pissed me off.
