Wedding March to the Sea

August 10, 2013, Saturday Day 71

Lazy morning, but that's what vacations are for, a little reading, maybe a short bike ride and then get ready for lunch.  Oh yea, a frozen fruit smoothie for breakfast.

For lunch we went with Marcia and Franz to Notch 8, first time this year, they seem to always have their troubles.  This time it was their tap room was frozen and no tap beer was available.  See, their claim to fame is that they have 51 beers on tap, and with a frozen tap room it takes their claim to fame right out of the game.  We did our best and ordered Corona as that was the only bottle beer they had in the place, and to top it off, two of them were a little warm, which they accommodated with a chilled glass, Sharon got the best one, which wasn't enough and we finally had to go with ice.  But they had limes.  The food was good, Sharon had a shrimp wrap and I had Kobe sliders.

At the end of the lunch I noticed a wedding party headed out from the McCall Hotel, bride in white, brides maids in red, that's how I noticed it was a wedding party.  They were moving on at a good clip and it looked like they were marching to the sea.

After lunch it was time for a PGA power nap, and finished it just in time to catch the conclusion of the Saturday round and in time for Happy Hour.  Salmon on the grill.

Looks like Jacque may be changing careers again.
