Today is our Baby Girl's birthday, Happy Birthday Gretchen.
Rain, finally, it rained off and on all day, really putting a damper on outside activities. Pun intended. It also brought with it cooler temperatures, 65 at noon.
Sharon and I, along with Franz and Marcia, went to the Shore Ling for lunch, the outside patio was closed so we ate inside, same good lunch menu and same good service.
Sharon cut up some water melon and we had a cool happy hour only with out Eddie and Margaret joined up after her appointment with a local dentist from having a tooth pulled. I offered her a shot of whiskey, but she refused.
For dinner we had tamales from the Farmers Market along with chili and beans, followed by carrot cake and ice cream.
On a clear day you can see the ocean.
