Temps got to the 80's today

When we were at dinner with the Schneider's last Saturday Nancy invited me to play tennis with her and another couple.  This was the first time on the court since last summer, my fault.  I had made a promise to myself to work on tennis while we were back at Sun City, but for some reasons of procrastination, I never picked up a racket, never hit a ball and never went on a court.  Well too bad for Nancy, it showed.  We played with a very nice couple Norb and Barb.  While we didn't get bageled, we did not win a set.  I did hold my serve at least once.  So when I get to McCall I guess its back to the clinic, if I want to get even a little better so I can get invited to play.  Poor Nancy, but for some reason they invited me to play with them on Friday.  Must be hard up for older poor tennis players that they can beat in Oshkosh.

While I was working myself into a heavy sweat, Sharon was off to the grocery store stocking up on stuff that we need.  With the small refrigerator space that we have, grocery shopping becomes a more regular occurrence.  She found a nice Pick and Save close to Nancy's house where she dropped me off and after shopping managed to find her way to the North  High School tennis courts, where she proceeded to critique my game and give me tennis tips.

After tennis it was back to the RV for some lunch and a hair cut at the RV barber shop, Sharon has many talents.

Dinner tonight, after Happy Hour, was burgers on the grill.  Green Chili cheese burgers.  Sharon does not like Green Chili burgers but that was all we had left in the freezer. So today we go buy some more hamburger so we can make non Green Chili hamburger patties.  The burgers were paired with a fine, rest of the bottle, Indian Wells.

Watched the Spurs take the Heat apart, funny how these games play out.
