Big Day today.
Picked up Droop at 9 AM, after he finished feeding and headed to Modelo's Mexican Food Joint, great food, take out only. Super Breakfast Burritos.
Then it was off to see a Motor Home, that Droop discovered one of his buddies, Dave, had at his shop doing some work on. It was a hell of a price, $29,000, but as we discovered once we got there is was all used up. It was a 1999 or earlier 40 foot Winnebago Ultima, rode hard and put up wet.
Then is was on to Willard and Debby's place, they now live in Moriarty, New Mexico, moving there recently. We started thinking, how many places have Willard and Debby lived, and we came up with 10. Los Alamos, Santa Fe, two different places, Maxwell, Edgewood, Elephant Butte, Raton, Pueblo.
They have a nice place there and are nearer family than they were in Pueblo, which is not always a good thing. We had a good visit and then headed off to the Pizza Barn in Edgwood for a nice lunch of Green Chile Bread Sticks, Pizza and a cold beer. It was Debby's treat.
We said our good byes, and headed back to Albuquerque, dropped Droop off and then to Costco for a Booze run. Costco sells liquor inside its stores in Albuquerque so you can get some good Costco prices. We loaded up.
Back at the RV, we did happy hour but passed on dinner, as the Burrito and the Pizza were still in play.
