We didn't do much today, just kind of laid around, I guess resting up from the trips to get here.
Walked to Denny's for breakfast as it is only a couple of blocks away from Temple View. Read a little bit and watched some golf on TV, had Happy Hour and cooked steak on the grill since it was Steak Night and finished off the bottle of 3$chuck cab.
And watched the Longhorn game. It was a great game, for a Longhorn fan until the bottom of the 10th, Vanderbilt at the plate, bases loaded, two outs, and an infield hit to score a run for the Vanderbilt win. Heart breaking for the Longhorn team that struggled in the latter part of the season and then put it all together to get through the Regional, Super Regional and make it to the CWS. Then to battle back after one loss to get to the elimination game to go to the Finals, not to be. I have a poll question: Will Augie be back for next season as the head coach of the Longhorns?
