Return to Jug Mountain

July 16, 2012, Day 31

Today Sharon and I played golf with Eddie P and Margaret at Jug Mountain.  It is a great course with great views, the problem is that they suffered significant winter kill and the greens are in not that good of condition.  There was a note in the pro shop that said they are working on the problem but that is a season long project.  The course has a number of forced caries, deep heavy rough and lots of water.  This  time we played the full 18 holes and I enjoyed almost every one.

After golf we stopped in the club  house for a late afternoon lunch and a cold beer.

Back at the RV park, after we cleaned up, it was Happy Hour at Skip and Bevs' until the rain and the cool evening air returned us to our RV for warmer clothes and call it a night.
