Pretty slow day, reading and resting getting prepared for a golfing evening at Jug Mountain.
Jug Mountain is a very nice course attached to a real estate development with probably not more than 100 homes. The course is excellent it its views and layout, from high in the foothills to down in the valley. As you drive along through the area is is hard to see that there is a golf course there. A few blind holes and quite a few carries.

There is a nine hole scramble every Thursday evening starting a 5:30. Al, the athlete Al, put together a couple of teams for today's event. I was grouped with Eddie P, Ray Lee, and Steve. Steve is a local and Ray Lee is from St. George and is friends with Eddie and his wife, and she hits the ball a ton. She was our ringer and we used her ball on almost every tee shot. The other team was made up of Al, Eugie, Scottie and someone else. We shot a two under 34 and Al's team shot a 32, thanks to the 14 year old Scottie sinking a couple of 25 to 30 foot putts which tied them for first place.
After golf we hung around the club house had a couple of beers, some food, good conversation and watched the sun go down.
