Had to Start a New Blog Title

July 11, 2012 Day 26

My frustration with the blog continued today, I still couldn't post, it kept giving me and error of not found 404, what ever that means.  So I did the the unthinkable, I created a new blog and if I am successful in communicating that to everyone via email, you will be able to view this post.

We started the day with breakfast at Fog Lifters, we all bicycled down to the place while Sharon drove.  Nice little place right on the main drag.  A good breakfast selection except they do not have any fried eggs, only poached or scrambled and the scrambled were fake eggs.  Notice the red flags in the back ground, they are used when you cross the street so the motorists will more easily notice you.

Red Flags
After breakfast it was time for Farmers Market and the hot item was carrot cake.  They had a real good sampling of fruits and vegetables, with the cherries being the best.  Sharon packed up all the purchases in the truck and drove them back to the RV park as they were too hard to handle on the bikes.

Later Sharon and I went for lunch at the Shore Line grill.  What a great spot for lunch and people watching.  We shared the fish and chips which were really good.

After lunch, shopping at Paul's the other grocery store, and a little more up scale and maybe pricey.  Stocked up on a few necessaries along with some more beer to carry us through the weekend.

After Paul's went for fuel.  Filled up at Maverick, for $3.539 along with some soft ice cream cones at a buck a piece.
When we got back to the Park, we made reservations for our Anniversary Get Away, One night and two rounds of golf at Coeur'd Alene just up the road a piece from McCall, for next Wednesday.  Sharon finished her puzzle, 1,000 pieces and about three days.

Then it was time for the Tennis clinic.  McCall has a tennis club that puts on a tennis clinic on Wednesday evenings at 6PM for and hour and a half.  If you are a member of the club, you get to participate in the clinic for $5, and your first clinic is free.  It was a good session, they have a pretty sophisticated ball machine that allows for multiple ball placements for a single hitter.  The clinic was well managed and we got a lot of exercise and hitting.

After the clinic we headed for the Park and Happy Hour with Franz, Marcia, Eddie P and Margaret, and ourselves.

No dinner as lunch was filling enough.
