52° this morning with no clouds.
I added the day of the week so I could remember which day of the week it is. Even though we have a day clock it's hard to remember.
Breakfast this morning at TPH as the weekend crowds have thinned. I had the Fred, didn't really want it, but I had to have it because it was a Fred. Breakfast sandwich, egg, cheese, bacon and a side of two small pancakes. It was also on the early bird special so it was cheaper. Sharon and Marcia had the seasonal Huckleberry Crepes and Franz the big Burrito.
A few chores around the RV, nothing major. Put up three command hooks in the washer/dryer closet sans washer/dryer, where Sharon can hang some odds and ends. The washer/dryer closet is very dark so we ordered some stick up lights to fix that problem. Tried to put air in Jan's bicycle tires but I first had to figure out why the air compressor would not hold air. After scratching my head and referring to the instructions, I remembered that last year I had drained the compressor tank and had not re tightened the drain screw. With the drain screw re tightened the air compressor was able to fill with air and I was able to put air in Jan's bicycle tires. I took a test ride, short one, just to make sure there was enough air in the tires. I didn't crash. I needed to clean the back seat in the truck where I had left some tracks when I loaded in my golf clubs during the last rain storm. Also, while I was at it, I cleaned off a few excess bugs that were left from the car wash.
Rain, rain, go away everybody wants to play. 4:41 now and it's been raining most of the afternoon, can't wait till happy hour.
HH was a no show because of the rain, so Sharon and I had to go it alone. The rain finally stopped and the sun came out. Weather man said we received .85". Salmon on the grill with an ice cream volcano for desert.
It was pointed out to me that I have had an error in my blog for some time and I do intend to correct it in future blogs and I hope I get to use the correction many times in the upcoming blogs. The correct spelling of Jordan Spieth, "i" before "e". Jordan Spieth, Jordan Spieth, Jordan Spieth, Jordan Spieth, Jordan Spieth, Jordan Spieth. Just practicing for the British Open.
