August 31,2013, Saturday Day 93
WHAT DAY IS IT? WHAT DAY IS IT? WHAT DAY IS IT?
IT'S GAME DAY!
Yes it has finally arrived, College Football, everyone loves College Football. I hope all your teams won and won big. Texas Football starts today along with Boise State, the favorite of all the people at McCall RV Resort.
Game Day in aggie land |
Today started with a big walk along the Payette river and through the River Crossing housing development, which has quite a few more houses in it that were here last year. They have nice marked trails all around the neighborhood and down by the river. I was out for over an hour and logged a little over 3.5 miles.
Fisherman, no bites, should have used corn |
I have included another Prize Photo in today's blog. Please identify the plant below, they seem to be everywhere here in the McCall area.
Prize Picture, please identify |
Watched a lot of football including the aggie autograph session.
We managed a football break to have Happy Hour with Marcia and Franz. After which we had a good steak on the grill, one of the steaks we would have had with Andi and David if we had not of played so much golf and eaten out so often, with a nice red.
An elderly couple in their elderly car make a drive around the park, sorry this is the best picture I could get, then they disappeared.
After dishes I went to the RV park Lodge for the Boise State football party, the party had a high intensity level, but the game sucked.
My friend Dick stopped for lunch in Pagosa Springs and had a locally brewed Green Chili Beer. I asked him to bring me a case back, but he said he did not have any room. Really? Guess I'll have to try and pick some up while i'm in Albuquerque, it close to Colorado.
