The RV idiot jumped up and bit me today. We did not have to leave early today so we were taking out time. First Sharon could not get the slides to come in. I tried with the same result. I have always worried about this happening as these are big hunking extensions that run hydrolicly and there is no way to budge them manually. So I decided to try and lower the leveling jacks some thinking that it would free up the slides. Whew, it did, and Sharon was able to get them back in. I decided hook up and pull out and wait for F&M, but I forgot to release the hitch lever and jammed the king pin into the closed hitch. It wasn't as bad as it could have been. Thanks to Franz we were able to pry the hitch handle loose and only suffered a broken lock, which was a throw away to begin with, and a bent hasp that still works but needs to be bent back into shape or replaced. Minor set backs which in the end only cost us a little time.
In route we made a stop at a casino to let F&M catch up with us after some more construction
delays.
For some reason the GPS lady decided to give us a guided tour of down town Twin Falls, Idaho, which was not greatly appreciated.
Arrived safely in Boise at the Boise River RV Park.
HH with F&F then a lovely anniversary dinner at Chandlers.
I noticed that I got a little ahead of my self on the dates, but you can make the mental corrections. If I try and correct them, it will get all my posts out of sequence.
