July 5, 2014 Day 24
This morning the temperature was 57. I had a great 30 minuet walk around the park and finished it off with a fresh fruit smoothie.
Sharon suggested that I had a little work to do today. The first task I tackled was cleaning the Cap of the 5th wheel RV. Traveling on the highways and byways causes you to accumulate a few, well more that a few, bugs. I used a four step cleaning process. First was to power spray the cap to get rid of loose bugs and wash it with Varoom, a specialty RV product. Next was to remove the few remaining bugs with a dryer sheet, which is another RV cleaning secret. I followed this up with some Armoral wash and wax. And finally dried it with a soft cloth. This was all done with a long extension brush and using a ladder occasionally. Check out the before and after pictures.

After that I needed to air up the tires in Jan's bicycle and David's pull cart.
A little rest in the afternoon and then off to the Best Fifth of July Party in the World. The reason they have this party on the 5th is because the band is booked for the 4th. This event is put on by the RV park and everyone is invited, no charge. Cooking started at 5 and the band, The Bottom Line, started at 6. There were hot dogs, brats, and hot sausage that they called chorizo, but it was not what we would call chorizo. And there was water and free beer, Coors Light, which was provided by the Miller/Coors distributor. The band played good ole tunes continuously, with out break, until close to 10:30. I left at 9.

How come you don't have a fold out table on your chair like everyone else? That stump is a sad substitute
