Today Franz and I took a ride to the bridge. The bridge is located right below the lower level of the RV park on the Payette river, stream, creek. At the bridge is a park area that can be reached from the road that runs by the airport. We can reach the bridge from the RV park with a little cross country riding. After crossing the bridge there is a trail that runs along side the river. Adjacent to the trail is a newer development, River Crossing. Looks like they have about 15 to 20 houses completed and 3 or 4 under construction. You can see Franz looking over the house he is contemplating buying so he can invite all of us to McCall during the summers. I think it will hold us all.
That evening Skip and I took advantage of the 5 PM special at McCall Golf Club. This time we played the Birch course, my results were less than exciting, no chip in's.
After golf we meet up with the group for dinner at Chapalas, a Mexican restaurant in down town McCall located on the water. When we got there is was chaos, and didn't get much better. At 7:30, it was very busy and they were trying their best to get everyone seated and feed, without much success. We were on the deck near the water and the sun was hot, but the beer was cold and very good. The food was Mexican food.
Back at the RV park it was cool and relaxing, sat outside and relaxed for a while.
