We left Las Vegas as early as we could, 8 AM Las Vegas/California time also Arizona time.
Today we drove and drove and drove. We found one rest stop somewhere on I40 about 200 plus miles down the road and we were ready for it.
We drove 442 miles today which is about 100 miles more than our optimum length. We were kind of beat when we pulled into the USA RV park.
But managed to find some room for some great New Mexico Mexican food, I had the stuffed sopia and Sharon had the soft tacos. The salsa was exceptionally hot and the green chile was very good.
On the way back to the park, to gas for $4.099, getting better.
